Pros

The Gallagher Benefit Service side is a fantastic place to intern. Not only because it is one of the few companies to win the most ethical award and a Fortune 500, but it's great experience. You spend a week in Itasca learning about Gallagher. You learn so much. You work on sales and teams. You understand account management. But most of all, the people are fantastic and welcoming. They really want you to grow and flourish.

Cons

It would be helpful for all interns to have a better understanding of the other divisions. I did not understand what I would be doing until I started.
