Best employer I've had thus far. I can listen to music at my desk. They paid for my licensing expenses.

Cons

Getting a raise is hard. Yearly self-performance review you have to write. Provided Health Insurance isn't the best.

Great place to work, often challenging subject matter. Great place to start a career in the insurance industry. Love the people, pay, and flexibility.

Cons

No formal training, difficult to grow and advance outside of typical insurance and account management skills. Definite good ol' boys culture likely because of industry
