pretty good healthcare and 401k plan. its a good solitary job if you like that sort of environent. training is expensed and provided.

Cons

Don't really connect well with upper management. Not being trained properly. disorganized office work flow. nobody is on the same page. Insurance companies make a lot of profit, could give employees raises or better benefits.

Cons

Bad company, office politics and they get rid of good employees, don't follow company policies, sweat shop. They overload their employees pending and get into your emails and right you up for lack of keeping your desks caught up when your pending is way to much to handle.
