The staff are great very friendly and helpful

Cons

Staff morale is very low, the managers are generally sycophantic idiots who are happy to take credit for a good job but completely unsupportive if there is a problem resulting in staff leaving in droves.

Worst working experience ever! My line manager was shockingly unfair, inflexible and stupid, showing favouritism towards some team members over the others, only creating a very negative and demoralising working environment. High turnover because no one in the team was happy!
