Friendly, less pressure, work life balance, good policies on maternity, flexible shifts, weekends off

Cons

No defined KRA's for all teams yet expected to perform and are rated on parameters not agreed and discussed at the beginning of the year, promotions not transparent, favouritism, senior managers nepotism, salaries have high difference irrespective of same tenure.

Pros

Nice people, job is not overly difficult, starting salary is pretty decent, most of the people are very friendly and helpful. There are opportunities to work from home. They have great values and try to make GB feel like a family.

Cons

Some managers are very micromanaging and try to find ways to bring you down instead of build you up, because they are insecure themselves. It makes you feel like you arent trusted to do your job. They expect you to adapt to being so busy there isnt enough time in the day to do your job. The health insurance gets worse every year and raises are becoming almost non existent, even if you exceed expectations year after year.
