Pune F&A management is pathetic, very biased, growth is very slow, salary is very less, interview process is too lengthy yet cannot hire good people, too much attrition due to non-flexible nature of the F&A management. Pune F&A group is bunch of dissatisfied people working for peanuts. Very un-professional procedure of Appraisals, not at all transparent. F&A management at times fails to provide an explanation for a bad rating or holding promotions.

There are some wonderful people who work at AJG UK but, there are a lot of middle and senior management staff who have made it an extremely negative and intimidating place to work. The management are only concerned with making a profit and do not appreciate their staff. They are rude, dismissive and expect you to work under an atmosphere of fear and intimidation. They rarely express basic gratitude and have no manners. A simple 'please' and 'thank-you' goes a long way. They would rather dismiss you entirely rather than build a productive working relationship. There is a lot of blame and not much accountability at AJG UK and the excessive turn over of talented staff speaks for itself. If you want to work somewhere with no work/life balance and enjoy being demoralized, over worked and condescended, then work for AJG. If you value your mental well-being and want to progress in your career,run for the hills a.s.a.p.
