Pros

There are a number of good development roles available. It's generally possible to get involved in many activities outside your day job. There's a lot of change happening in the international business which shows some promise for the future.

Cons

There is a shocking lack of diversity at management level, a deeply ingrained macho sales driven culture, and high levels of micro management. The prevailing culture of the organisation is stuck in the 70's and badly needs an overhaul.
