-Terrible work/life balance -Poorly defined job responsibilities (I regularly had to do tasks that were not even close to being project management) -Impossibly high expectations from day one, no opportunity to grow into your role, asked for mentorship and received none

I learned a lot about insurance in my tenor. However, it was self-taught. The managers and/or producers provide little or no assistance.

Cons

AJG does not value their employees. They are constantly short-staffed, and they underpay the people that stay there along with loading them up with an unrealistic workload.
