There is no culture in this company, the biggest thing sold to people in interviews is 'The Gallagher Way' but it is ignored once you're in a role. A bad name in the industry, disorganised and overall inefficient. Truly an American company at it's core - no open conversations, no career progression and terminations with a courier to pick up company property. Staff in teams are all paid differently with different benefits and everything is hidden, pay secrecy still exists because a lot of salaries are not in line with the industry. In all, a boys club with a toxic culture and poor remuneration.

Cons: Management determines salary, raises, etc. can decide they like someone more and give them a better raise. Terrible/ little to no training provided Expected to travel at least once a month Working with pretty much all white men who don’t care to make an inclusive environment - had multiple HR problems when I was there and no one to support or follow through with claims
