Room for growth and advancement. Friendly and helpful management. Excellent desk management tools. Structured and supportive work environment. Laid back atmosphere. Flexible time off. Remote WFH availability. Option to earn compressed time. Weekly branch calls, which are informative and helpful to all.

Cons

Compensation/salary could be better. Claim counts can be high. Work/life balance can be tough when case load is high. There tends to be some favoritism which causes others to feel left out or not appreciated.
