Pros

This company has a good structure as far as resources go. A lot of support.

Cons

We rely on our service team in India for multiple things, so it can be difficult for them to thoroughly communicate due to the language barrier.

Pros

The company is big and my office was very diverse. Everyone is very nice and willing to help you with something if asked. Management genuinely seems to want to take in feedback and improve what they can. IT is very helpful as well and there are very few problems they couldn’t solve during my time there

Cons

Compensation isn’t great. There are multiple companies that will pay you more for the same position. PTO is also very lacking. 10 days to start is really bad. You get a mental health day and 2 optional holidays every 6 months to bring it up to 13 which is still too low.
