Pros

For such a large company it feels small and tight knit. Everyone is supportive, helpful and welcoming. There are lots of resources and support to do your job. Highly admired company by competitors, carrier companies and clients. Strong well experienced leadership. Flexible work life balance with understanding leadership. Team oriented. Gallagher really invests and supports your professional development.

Cons

Low pay behind the normal market rate, competitors pay much higher. Slow track to advance and no bonuses and very low salary increases if any. Since it's such a large company expectations seem different between employees and managers leading to confusion and unfairness. Benefits could be much better.
