Pros

Caring helpful employees who want to do a good job. Fair pay, Ability to work remotely Interesting clients. Some really good people.

Cons

No work life balance. On call 24/7. Need to work even if taking a vacation day. Evening and Weekend work a necessity and a full weekend off is s rarity. Overloaded with clients and no meaningful backend support to meet client demands. High stress levels among employees. Punitive environment leading to excess focus on CYA activities. Employees are not empowered to make decisions and own results Absolutely crummy expense reimbursement process. Either pay the Amex bill yourself or speed up the reimbursement process so your employees don't needy to underwrite your business expenses.

Pros

Good relationships between peers. Overall friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable staff who like to help each other. Ability to work remotely assists in job flexibility.

Cons

Underpaid compared to market even when promoted, minimal vacation time offered (5 years of employment before being given three weeks), minimal commission and bonuses, no raises or wage increases with inflation, continue to cut benefits including business phone allotment, management does not invest in the service teams who are expected to do more with less. Poor motivation and poor job satisfaction is rampant through all divisions.
