Good managers, good co-workers, free coffee

Cons

Benefits are terrible. No one I knew willingly stayed on the company health insurance. Work would increase, but they would not hire more people to deal with ever increasing work loads. Implimented idiotic rules that upper management thought was brilliant but no one on the team liked and they refused to listen after our entire team complained. Changes only came after our work began to degrade due to rule changes.

Work at home policy is liberal. Coworkers are nice.

Difficult to provide good customer service while at the same time adhering to the numerous mandates that company expects employees to follow.
