Pros

Sometimes flexible with hours. Access to lots of companies. Promotes positive environment but doesn't hold up. Good work experience for future employment opportunities. Pay is decent.

Cons

Not enough space to write all the cons. Terrible benefits, especially for such a large company. WAY too big of workloads for people to carry. High expectations of growth without sufficient support to manage it... unrealistic expectations across the board. People walk outside crying on a weekly basis. Brokers can say what ever they want to their support staff with no worries of repercussions because they are producing and therefore not held to any sort of moral standards. No training, just expected to know everything by month 6. Awful awful place to be.

Pros

Good Benefits, vacation, and health insurance discounts

Cons

Promotion from within is there, but they will not pay you what you deserve. It is frustrating to watch someone from outside the company get hired and do the same job, and get paid more. They seem to only care about the bottom line, and don't put their neck on the line to keep the good employees.
