      Pros

      GSK provides some of the best benefits of any job I know. Great exposure and cross-functional team working environment. Great educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Could use a little more transparency in the promotion process. Very frequent reorganizations. A lot of changes in the last few years as trying to remake business model to fit challenging times ahead.

      This is a very large company and works as a bureaucracy. Salary ranges and bonuses are set and not very negotiable.
