      Pros

      The company offer Good benefit. Good work/off balance. And provide good opportunity for all sorts of trainings. The personal development/performance review system is fairly well established. There are good chances to do secondment on different jobs for people who would consider a career change.

      Cons

      Base salary not very high in compare with some of the competitor companies. Room for promotion is limited and takes long time

      Great people to work with, great pay and benefits. The work is always challenging and interesting. Opportunities for development have been generous in the past.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring leaves employees with sense of fear. Middle management is not clear in communicating their strategies. Long hours and some departments are not willing to allow flexible work options.
