      Primary Care Pharma is a dying industry

      Pros

      GSK has some really good growth opporunities working for such a large company and even better is the location for other Pharma jobs.

      Cons

      If you aren't Johnson and Johnson or Pfizer it is hard to compete with the larger Pharma companies in terms of size.

      Pros

      Great health and retirement benefits w pension plan, strong leadership at local level. pay for performance uncapped bonus, reasonable goals

      Cons

      National leadership is lost and fumbling. New Natinal Sales Manager doesn't believe in importance of relationships to sales and shifts territories and reps with alarming regularity, changing sales force to rep for hire w/ 3 yr contracts and less benefits no chance for longterm employment. New bonus program not based on performance rather on customer feedback sort of... NO place for a real performer.
