      GSK has great values which I truly believe in and can stand behind. I'm proud to work for a company that continues to give back (be patient focused, Commit to transparency, Always demonstrate the highest integrity in our conduct, show respect to people)

      Cons

      As like all Pharmaceutical companies within the industry, this work can be stressful and very competitive. One could get lost, demotivated and frustrated if not grounded in knowing why they are there (patient first).

      Average work - average pay free food good work life balance especially for married woman' flexible timings medical insurance very good vacation support for higher education

      no transport no cafe less infra structure facilities less pay for laterals too much of policies or restrictins some times
