      Intermittent burnout and consultation

      Truly multinational, with colleagues from all over the world.

      Cons

      Obsessed with making up for lack of innovation with cost cutting. Burns you out to the ground with unrealistic expectations and objectives, then you are under consultation every two years. No job security whatsoever for anyone who isn't friends with the biggest bosses.

      Toxic culture for BAME colleagues

      Shares scheme for employees; good canteen; clean offices;

      Cons

      No transparency in senior appointments; no development opportunities for BAME employees; white privilege exists right across the organisation and they make the decision; discrimination and harassment of BAME employees which cannot be proven; white cartel which protect each other in senior and upper tier of management; shocking stories of bullying and exploitation of BAME staff; HR serve the white managers; BAME staff voiceless and powerless to air concerns as HR will never defend them

      Company used to be like family, but environment in HQ has turned toxic

      Pros

      Above average compensation package including salary, bonus & LTIs (managers and above). Generous vacation time plus company shutdown between Christmas and New Years. Cutting edge HQ offices utilizing open space seating. Ability to WFH as needed.

      Cons

      Reorganizations every other year resulting in layoffs. People who survive the cuts keep their heads down and worry about when their time is up. Limited career advancement or opportunities for rotations. Very few people in late 50's or 60's.
