Great R&D team, everyone is very helpful when you have a question of about something. Managers are very encouraging and helpful for your personal and professional development. Work life-balance culture. Flexibility to work from home.

Cons

People use acronyms a lot when talking to each other/ in a meeting and typically assume that new employee understood that. It's a big adjustment, so you need to ask a lot of questions.
