Cons
Executive leadership change in mid-2023 that kickstarted a lot of change in the AMER region that seemed tone-deaf and offered little or negative functional improvement. Some of those rollouts got walked back because they were ineffective. Several departures from frontline ICs to relatively high-seated Directors/VPs. Turnover has always been pretty heavy, but not nearly to this extent.
