will over work you, ask a lot of you sometimes feels like they don't compensate you enough for the work pay structure isn't always clear, bonus incentive isn't very motivating can be repetitive-- gotta stay creative and proactive to make sure it doesn't can feel like high school given the average age of the ATX office a lot of change, sometimes feels like change just for the sake of change. I think they are getting better at this, but very much a 'flavor of the week' company when it comes to initiatives still trying to keep moral and satisfaction up, I believe there has been fairly high turnover in the past. It is getting better will give young people management opportunities, this can be very good or very bad-- depends on who your manager ends up being. who your manager is makes a huge impact on your experience.
