Lots of cold calling/cold emailing, you’re basically a glorified recruiter, very sales environment - it’s a numbers game, expectation is to work a minimum of 10 hours a day plus you have to respond to clients every night and weekend, nobody takes breaks and your team will let you know when they step away from the computer for even a few minutes, be prepared to be very micromanaged

Cons

- Not sure what I did was actually worthwhile. Making cold calls, making connections with people on LinkedIn were very repetitive and boring. - Culture was somewhat weird. The company seems to favor those who are Christian. The company held a Bible meeting every week in the office led by the head of the office. She encouraged people to join by sending group emails. I am not Christian so I felt very left out. People seemed very accepting about this but I did not feel comfortable. The fact that this meetings were organized by the head of the office, it also made me worry I get discriminated for not being a Christian. - Very bad work life balance. I worked day and night to meet expectation.
