Pros

The projects - you have got to love them; from the simple to the extremely convoluted ones each one presents an odd ball challenge of it's own which is interesting to tackle

Cons

the projects are good but the time constraints can sometimes really wreck your nerves

Pros

- great office location, very convenient - opportunity to deal with clients directly from the start and build relationships with them - with the junior all the way to senior level clients - fun and driven colleagues

Cons

- high internal politics; perception is a big thing there - repetitive work - employees are valued based on the numbers, as opposed to the qualitative aspects (alot of $$ is invested in tracking your volume etc) - alot of facetime needed to put in (thus going back to point on perception) - not much emphasis on employee retention -- average turnover in Asia offices is 1.2 years - very process-driven culture and work - at times may slow down the delivery of product - hierarchical team structure
