      Pros

      You will get to work alongside some of the most intelligent colleagues you will ever work with, the work culture is great, and everyone is supportive of each other which is completely opposite to the typical corporate environment. GLG does a great job of taking care of, training, developing, and motivating their employees. This is a great place to start your career as well as build a robust professional network and there is a lot of room for growth if you find the company to be a good fit.

      Cons

      The work-life balance can be a bit tough at times, but I believe the company is working to address this issue.
