- You can drive change quickly with a "fail fast" mentality deployed throughout the business - Amazing people with lots of positive energy who push you to do your best every day - Strong focus now on clients, with investments in L&D to enable your success - Quickly can become client facing and build critical interpersonal skills

I joined the company right before the COVID-19 crisis happened and GLG has really showed me how much they care about their employees. They graciously sent monitors to employees homes and have given us access to tools and resource to help navigate in this hard time. Everyone at GLG is extremely professional and respectful which makes coming to work even better. Fresh fruit in the mornings, complimentary barista and cell phone reimbursement.

Cons

None that I can recall. Like I said above I am so pleased with how the company has treated its employees since I joined the company.
