- Toxic work culture starting with management. If you don’t appeal to people, you will never progress in the company. - unrealistic made up targets - rigid 3 day a week hybrid structure - no clear direction of career progression and false expectations set to keep the employees going - the entire PSS team was let go, except for 4 people. first 5 people were abruptly fired who were in probation. Then, they fired all the managers without giving them any internal options to stay just severance pay. Finally, the 10 people remaining were called into a meeting 6 being told their jobs were secured whilst 4 were put at risk of redundancy, given the option to take the severance pay, fight for their job or move internally. Has been the worst experience of my life and I worked here just a short time.

-the whole CDA CS structure and partnership is a joke. They treat you like second class citizens, and your managers will never have your back -they ask you to work late nights several times during the week while keeping your pay at an hourly rate. I know plenty of consultants who are salaried and expected to work until the task or project is done. But they are paid far greater. -fake care for DEI. They do not care about diversity, equity and inclusion. Only making themselves look like the do. Don’t let the BLM or rainbow logo confuse you. They don’t care
