Pros

Great people, very nice and encouraging team, peers, and leadership. Seems to be ability to climb the ladder and even lateral moves are encouraged after 1.5 years. Pay is pretty good. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

8:30-6 working hours that easily goes over to 6:30 or 7 often if you don’t strategize very very much to wrap at 6, which is difficult to handle. Zero downtime, you are working every second of the day. If you don’t fight for your 1 hour lunch break each day, you will not get it. You have to work 2 or 3 weekends per quarter and I think 1 holiday per quarter is required which isn’t really clear when you join. So, work-life balance is honestly not strong but leadership says they’re working on it and there has been hiring which has expanded the teams and helped reduce workload per person and I’ve heard that historically workload was worse and longer hours so it seems things are trending in the right direction. If work-life balance continues to improve then good but if the progress stagnates or regresses then the organization has a serious problem.

Pros

Great benefits and pay can be good; good in office culture and free food; good co-workers; great first job out of college

Cons

No control over your metrics, on clients' schedules; high turnover rate, constant fear of being let go; overhiring of post-college graduates, level of promotion and pay maxes out after 2 years; promotions include higher targets with minimal increase in base pay; poor ratio of payment for the amount of revenue being brought in (e.g., schedule 200+ calls a quarter totaling in over $250-300k revenue for the company, but bonus is only around $3,500 quarterly pre-tax
