Pros

Great people, very nice and encouraging team, peers, and leadership. Seems to be ability to climb the ladder and even lateral moves are encouraged after 1.5 years. Pay is pretty good. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

8:30-6 working hours that easily goes over to 6:30 or 7 often if you don’t strategize very very much to wrap at 6, which is difficult to handle. Zero downtime, you are working every second of the day. If you don’t fight for your 1 hour lunch break each day, you will not get it. You have to work 2 or 3 weekends per quarter and I think 1 holiday per quarter is required which isn’t really clear when you join. So, work-life balance is honestly not strong but leadership says they’re working on it and there has been hiring which has expanded the teams and helped reduce workload per person and I’ve heard that historically workload was worse and longer hours so it seems things are trending in the right direction. If work-life balance continues to improve then good but if the progress stagnates or regresses then the organization has a serious problem.

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
