Pros

The company is growing and management has a big vision for its future. They there is a drive to upgrade staffing at all levels. A recent town hall featuring the CEO and new head of human resources dealt candidly with some tough issues. GLG may not be for everyone but if you are ambitious and willing to work in a metrics driven tech-like environment this is a great company to work at. There is also a modern office with a coffee bar. Plenty of volunteer opportunities. Further, the company seems genuinely committed to its social impact work. Colleagues are interesting and supportive of one another. There is a great diversity of interest - it is an intellectual environment. The company is not without its growing pains, but overall it is a really great place to work.

Cons

Lots of changes. Change comes quickly and is sometimes not well explained. And in fact sometimes reversed. However if you are flexible it is easy enough to see what they are trying to do.

Cons

Communication between departments can be lacking Events hosted in office frequently which limits use of space at times
