      Pros

      Pros include: early management opportunities, opportunities to build client service and other foundational professional skills, exposure to a growing and dynamic company which values input from employees and, importantly, great coworkers – GLG does an excellent job hiring smart, driven people. I’ve found overall GLG can be a great place to work if you are proactive and willing to seek out the opportunities that you feel are important to your own career.

      Cons

      The biggest con in my opinion is the increasing focus on metrics, which can lead to a focus on small behaviors rather than the bigger picture (particularly within the Research division).
