      Pros

      Company culture, career advancement framework, qualified executives, strong leadership, clear vision. This is the first time in my entire career that I'm working for an executive that truly understands the delicate balance between creating and implementing an effective strategy while also making sure employees are inspired, motivated and challenged. Change starts from the top and the executive team is the first to enact the changes they want to see throughout the organization.

      Pros

      Some great people, especially many of the young grads Good social life – international crowd who forge strong bonds at work Good first job – 2 – 3 years max

      Cons

      Extremely poor people management – bullying and harassment condoned Short shelf life – great starter job but limited in terms of skills and after an initial learning curve, no challenges or opportunities to develop

      The pay for Council members is fair

      Cons

      I have had consulting meetings scheduled which I carved out of my day. I'm on the phone for 15 minutes and then they call to cancel and don't pay for my time. As a result, I stopped serving as a council member
