      Pros

      I've been at the company for almost three years now and I now feel the most comfortable right now with my job and company vision. Great CEO leadership. employee communication, employee mentoring, good work with managers and everyone you work with is always nice and motivated to work with you and try new things

      Cons

      It took a while to get here and the company knows that. You've got to be patience with the change and it doesn't happen over night. Still a work in progress.

      Intellectually challenging role that is constantly evolving Some fantastic managers who really look out for the well-being of their team High caliber of people that creates both a fun and stimulating work environment - people enjoy each other socially, but also work hard Unique and interesting niche in the consulting industry - opportunity to continually define what we do

      Cons

      GLG is a rapidly changing environment. While I personally do not see this as a con (especially having come from a start up), some people find it challenging to keep up with the changes.
