Cons

*Management doesn’t care about the employees * Hard working and productive individuals are given pathetic manual work which can easily be automated * All the important work is given to the favorites of the ggn management even when they lack qualification and experience to be in that team * Managers pinpoint every small mistake but don’t appreciate good work * Don’t allow leave even the ones which you have earned * Nepotism at every point * Awful cafeteria. No food. * Lazy management. They don’t do anything to put the ggn office on map. Dependant in every way. Bpo work environment.

Pros

Nice office building Good training programme Good pay

Cons

Work is boring/repetitive and the lower down you are the more you'll be pushed to do the things that more senior people won't have to do - I.E. cold calling. In spite of that, even more senior people tend to stay for a maximum of three years because the role is 99% the same day in day out, hence the huge staff turnover. Marketed as a research position but the job doesn't require you to do any actual research. You'll spend most of your day scrolling through internal databases and/or LinkedIn to find people. GLG makes a huge song and dance about how it hires smart people and presents the job as something which requires such candidates. In truth, the job is extremely simple but is made to appear much more complicated than it actually is. Company takes itself far too seriously. Way too much micro-management which starts at the Senior level and seeps its way down.
