      Leadership is Completely Incompetent

      Pros

      Great place to become a jack of all trades. You'll work with interesting clients and form long term-bonds with your immediate team.

      Cons

      - Purely political and run by incompetent outside hires in leadership roles - Changes are almost always made for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many - Leaders are either power hungry and manipulative or spineless and allow their subordinates to absorb the impact of bad decisions - No communication among different business units, which has fostered a culture of secrecy and mistrust - Major decisions (like hiring and firing) often come after a single bad quarter. Which, okay. But then they reduce the staff count and expect the teams to still meet targets set prior to the layoffs.
