      Nice office Smart people Interesting projects when you actually do the research Possibility of great exposure to clients and c level experts

      Cons

      Targets are almost impossible to achieve. The constant restructuring is making the associate role look more and more like a full time recruiter working in a call center. You are praised if you spend time on the phone, if you recruit massively, but the role in itself has little to offer. A promotion to manager is almost impossible to achiever and often depends on who your friends are and in which team you work. Big emphasis on AI currently, without a clear view on where our roles will sit in all this.

      The barista is really great!

      Everything else. Micromanaging, no growth opportunities, no transparency, terrible pay, clear favoritism among groups if you are on a strong performing account you will walk on absolute water everyone else is disposable to management. Accounts are luck of the draw, if you get a poor preforming one you will have management breathing down your neck all day long.
