      Pay is decent for a first job People are generally pleasant They have their process down pat

      Cons

      Super repetitive, mindless work involving tons of emails and phone calls Unrealistic expectations for recruiting Huge amount of personal organization required to keep everything straight. Not much interaction or relationhip building with clients Required to respond to client emails within unrealistic time frames, even on late evenings and weekends.
