everything is urgent they change goals, technology, team structure, client alignments, etc every single year forced days in office, but most teams are spread across the US/EMEA (new global initiative has your team members in EMEA but you have no overlapping responsibilities together) toxic corporate climb the ladder culture, if you aren't friends with the right people you will not get promoted Senior leadership puts priority on the wrong things (AI that does a terrible job at what its supposed to do) instead of actually listening to the feedback lower levels give - and will gaslight you by saying you can "only give solution based feedback" so you cannot pointout painpoints unless you do their job for them and tell them how it can be fixed
