      Micromanagement is rampant Goals are unattainable, no matter how many projects you take, there is always a looming fear of being axed. Started not too long ago, feels like a bait and switch from how the role was advertised to my current responsibilities (emphasis on aggressive recruiting)

      Absolutely amazing office location and facilities, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks in the canteen. Bright young peers, mostly in intern or fresh graduate role

      Cons

      Career development is extremely limited, and transitioning to a new job can be quite difficult. Mysterious leadership — it's often unclear what they actually do. The office culture is full of drama. You can witness countless storylines unfold in a short time. Hard to expect professionalism or opportunities for growth.
