Pros

The people (not management) are genuinely really nice and fun to hang out with. Good PTO and Adam the barista is great.

Cons

I've had 5 different managers in the past year. Management pretends that they care about you, but will fire you without warning and a bad severance package. Everyone at GLG is burnt out and tired of the restructuring, but management doesn't care and will reorg every few months. Food poisoning from the in house lunches. Unrealistic work metric expectations. Glorified customer service/sales job.
