below competitive salary, below competitive benefits, be prepared to work work work a lot not receive recognition. HR can't help since he has no leadership support. be prepared to stretch your responsibilities in areas that are not part of your job description. Leadership team takes care of their own.

Meaningful work, summer Fridays, access to merch

Cons

Management is just awful, there's constant turnover (even amongst the leadership), toxic work environment, at times there's been no HR rep whatsoever, gaslighting coming from the top, below average salaries. Complete communication breakdowns and staff that is largely unhappy.
