Pros

Great colleagues, get to see everything - mainly because there aren't enough staff not to, car scheme, pension

Cons

Staff cuts too far, French management have no concept of UK working culture, also more bothered about their long term prospects than doing the right thing for the company, weak hr - don't deal with issues or even document them for the future. No positive workforce churn, the worse you are the more secure you seem to be - some genuine exceptions at depot level but on the whole change is bad, losing a lot of good staff due to frustration

Niche of the services - you learn about 3PL services + automotive logistic. Unique experience/solutions provided. Global company. Overall professional peers in all locations. Good bonuses and salaries compared to industry overall. Opportunities for international rotation.

Cons

Lots of politics inside the company, so when you work you spend half of your time to cover your back not to be eaten in these corporate wars... All depends on the leader in specific country.
