I moved to gefco from a OEM , just for the opportunity to learn in logistics as much as possible and after 3 years passed i still learn every day . Gefco i providing a full scope of services , and the best things is that the company is open and if you take initiative everything is free to learn . projects are transverse and available to join and contribute. but the biggest advantage is the pool of people were with small resources we can achieve so much.

Cons

Nothing that it is worth mentioning. it depends on people and on country .

Pros

Opportunity to learn different areas of the industry (jack of all trades). Given it’s a small office you get to know your co workers.

Cons

Upper management, not enough training, company is not doing well financially. There were times we weren’t able to cut checks to pay our vendors or freight charges. There are no bonuses or raises.
