Pros

Claim to be a descent company but runs the business with no ethics! The top management just treated their staff like a number instead of as a human. The overall company is in lost: Europe, Asia and America are all in big staff turning.

Cons

This company came from the acquisition of a Dutch freight forwarder IJS 2 years ago. After the acquisition, the global management team lost their mind under financial pressure. The US management team was hired and let go every 6 to 12 months. No Branch Manager in Carson office lasts for more than 1 year. Make sure to steer away from this dangerous company before getting entrapped.
