They develop you if you want it Never worked at a company that does so much for its staff Great team mates They appreciate you and your family with rewards when you do a great job and events such as GEFEST Really looked after one of my team mates when they had illness and supported the family Great benefits Customers are lovely they challenge but work with us

Cons

They manage poor performance so for some people who post negative reviews I think it is because of this. Would like a canteen but enjoy the ice cream van and pancake van during the year

Positive changes made by management to change mindset and culture of people. The toxic people who caused damages to the company left and it creates a fresh air for all employees and managers. The engagement score increase (+11pt) from 2016 to 2018 shows a clear picture and the direction the local management is driving the company.

A genuine company that puts the health and well being of it's employees as its top priority. Good benefits & flexible working 'Family' atmosphere with a great sense of belonging Really feel like you have ownership of your role and that your success is down to your own hard work and dedication.

Cons

Big workloads and a very busy job, but very rewarding.
