Management is horrible. They claim to have an open door policy. But it is not there. With my time there Gefco went through 3 CEO’s in less then 1 year. 3 branch managers. In the Miami branch in less than 1 year. New management comes in and decided no cut staff by making excuses to get rid of staff. HR does not listen to employees about any issues that a raise. HR needs to investigate things a little better. You would think that they would hear or investigate claims bug the new branch manager that came in and started to make changes. Branch manager thinks he knows it all. But in reality does not. When corporate says do not ship with fedex he wants to override what corporate choices. Very unethical. They want everyone to work like robots. Before I got let go my position was being offered to others. So they found an excuse before I was let go.
