Pros

Very flexible work schedule. No micro-managing- trust is given to employees. Relatively easy to move within the company.

Cons

No company wide standards and lots of variation between departments and business units. Not a lot of accountability.

Thank you for your review. We are happy that you are having a positive experience at GEA. However, we are sorry that you feel we have low accountability. Accountability is one of our core values and we will continue to look for opportunities to drive that throughout the organization. In addition, performance is critical to GEA’s success. We encourage our leaders to provide ongoing, continuous feedback whether or not we have a formal performance management tool. We are always looking for ways to improve GEA. We are also working on the standardization of all processes within the company. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review. Pros

Most of the employees are very motivated to outperform. Selected career centric young professionals are offered many opportunities for further development.

Cons

Transparency might be an issue. Above mentioned “selection” of high potentials looks mysterious. What seems pathetic is the relatively short tenure of the key people.

Thank you for your review. We value all of our employees and hope that we can fill more key positions with our existing staff; however, that is not always the case. We appreciate all of our employee’s hard work and efforts to support our mission. Thank you again for your review.
