Pros

Very flexible work schedule. No micro-managing- trust is given to employees. Relatively easy to move within the company.

Cons

No company wide standards and lots of variation between departments and business units. Not a lot of accountability.

Thank you for your review. We are happy that you are having a positive experience at GEA. However, we are sorry that you feel we have low accountability. Accountability is one of our core values and we will continue to look for opportunities to drive that throughout the organization. In addition, performance is critical to GEA’s success. We encourage our leaders to provide ongoing, continuous feedback whether or not we have a formal performance management tool. We are always looking for ways to improve GEA. We are also working on the standardization of all processes within the company. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review.
