As far as pros are concerned it depends from person to person. Good infrastructure, canteen facility and all. Weekend , paid leaves etc

Job security tough with parent company in Germany making decisions to consolidate and streamline functions. Becoming matrix type organization. Forward planning of new products do not follow a Product Life cycle and a well thought plan with risk analysis done to help the supply chain succeed. Low advancement opportunities right now.
